Describes one overarching strategy that should under gird all physician communications, including all occupational health training. It provides information on three features of communications with clinicians that must always be present in order to drive the success of state’s service program and RETAIN. It also describes why it is preferable to position a program as a service that will help to improve patient outcomes.
