Puzzling Together the Pieces of a Return-to-Work Team
Successful job retention cases require a multi-faceted approach to case management. How can RETAIN Directors and other state team members support the Return to Work (RTW) Coordinators in their endeavors to bring a RETAIN case to successful closure? The webinar will present Stay at Work (SAW)/RTW case studies to set the stage for a panel discussion on job retention. Panelists will highlight the roles and functions of RTW teams and review the need for clearly defined roles and responsibilities that support the unique physical and mental health needs of each participant. We engaged a panel of experts who will address your job retention questions as well as provide practical information that RTW Coordinators and States can use in working with individuals enrolled in their RETAIN project.
