RETAIN Programmatic Success Dashboard

This resource provides a framework for data-driven continuous monitoring of program implementation. The dashboard is designed to assist RETAIN states to identify strengths and gaps in participant success and program implementation. The dashboard is built in Google Data Studios and uses the Quarterly Progress Report Appendix A data submission structure to create easy-to-understand and interpret charts and metrics. Accompanying the dashboard is a Users’ Guide that describes each widget in detail, directions for obtaining a copy of the dashboard and connecting it to your data, and the list of formulas used to create the graphics and metrics.

Recruitment-to-Enrollment Pipeline Dashboard Tool User’s Guide Addendum

This document is a companion tool, developed to support the use of the RETAIN Recruitment-to-Enrollment Pipeline Dashboard tool. This addendum includes step-by-step directions using screenshots of the dashboard tool for users to customize the tool by:

1.       Modifying the Recruitment-to-Enrollment funnel pathway and

RETAIN Recruitment-to-Enrollment Dashboard and Related Resources

The RETAIN Recruitment-to-Enrollment Dashboard is designed to help you understand the effectiveness of your recruitment and enrollment efforts. The tool uses data obtained by your RETAIN team to produce a dashboard displaying information about the number of potential participants that you connect with at each stage of the recruitment-to-enrollment process—and who ultimately enrolls in the project. The Dashboard tool (link to Dashboard Tool) comes with the following suite of TA resources:
